Embracing uncertainty: the key to mental stability and resilience

What is the main factor that makes us mentally stable, resilient, and balanced? Once, I asked on Instagram: “What is the biggest fear of people?”

And there were options—uncertainty, death, and pain. Most chose death. But in reality, it is not death. Actually, people are afraid of death because they don’t know what’s going to be after death. So, the biggest fear of people is uncertainty. Not knowing. Not having guarantees.

And, yeah, this is the main factor that makes us mentally stable and healthy—to what extent we can bear this uncertainty. To what extent our mind—our Moon—can bear this uncertainty. The Moon is in charge of it. To what extent our Moon can bear this uncertainty, you know? And this is a skill worth learning, definitely. In this world, where there will be more and more of this feeling of uncertainty.

The Sun has become very active. Everything is changing very fast. And, actually, it has always been uncertain. You know? There has never been true stability. It was just an illusion. Some periods of time, historically, created an illusion that it was stable—that somebody, like the government, took care of you, that you were given medical care, free education, and all this stuff. But it’s all an illusion. And when COVID happened, it became so obvious that relying on external factors, on the external world, will make you just go crazy. You know, the only way is to rely and lean on yourself.

We are in a never-ending storm, in the middle of the storm. We are like surfers on the waves, navigating them. And if you rely on external factors, you will not be able to navigate. So, you have to look inside and connect with yourself—with the present moment—through your body. The body is what connects you to the present moment.

Right? And you navigate like a surfer on this wave, from the present moment. You cannot navigate from the past or the future—only from now. So, you are in the middle of this moment, navigating and balancing on this wave. And this is how you can bear this uncertainty, you know? This feeling.

Yes. Adapting—adapting to these changes, to these always-changing situations. And for this, you need to take care of your Moon, your mind. Yeah? The Moon connects to your body.

So, the main factors—these are basic for everyone, no matter what kind of Moon you have in your birth chart. The main factor is to take care of your Moon. How? By connecting to your body. Give your body care, give your body warmth, give your body comfort, nourish your body.

You know, this also includes breathwork. Breathwork is a powerful instrument to regulate your state of mind—an incredible instrument. Also, focus. Just focus on your breath. Simply focusing and concentrating. Movement. Avoid overstimulation—overstimulation of information. Avoid this overexcitement because after overexcitement, always, what comes next? A crash. These are the most important things. Yeah?

And then, after this, there are also circadian rhythms—following circadian rhythms. When you go to bed, when you wake up, following the Moon calendar. All these are basic things that suit any mind, any Moon. Then, next, your personal Moon. You have to know what your personal Moon needs. It’s very important, you know, to stay mentally stable.

So, for this, of course, you need to know your Moon. The main thing here is to relax your Moon. It’s interesting—a strong Moon is a relaxed Moon. The stronger your Moon, the more relaxed it is. So, what you need, basically, is to relax yourself through certain things, certain practices. You relax your Moon. This is the most important thing.

And everything—your whole life—should be built around this. You have your tools. You choose your instruments based on your personal Moon, but also on universal, simple practices that work for any Moon. You choose your tools, and you build your life around them. So, you establish your practices, and everything else comes after. First, you do your practices, and then you go and meet your friends. Not before—after.

So, in any situation, no matter what happens in your life, you stick to your practices. You stick to your routine. This is essential. It’s very important to understand. The moment you truly understand this, you will always find time for it. Because, no matter what happens, this is the only thing you can really control in your life. Nothing else. Only this—your routine, your practices, what you can do right now for your mind.

You understand? And when we talk about uncertainty—there is external uncertainty, and there is internal uncertainty. Both. And for both of them, you need to first connect with your body. When you don’t know where you’re going, who you are, or what’s happening in your life, just start with small, simple actions. Start with doing something you like right now—something small, a simple step. And then, come to me. We will figure out how you function, how your mechanism works, and who you are.

Because this is the key. Self-understanding is the key to mental stability. You will always know where to return. And even when you know yourself and where you’re going, you will definitely go through periods of uncertainty. When you feel lost, confused, uneasy—it’s normal.

Because every time you move to the next level, you must go through this dark room—this space where you don’t know what’s happening, where you’re going, and whether it’s all wrong. You will have doubts. It’s normal. It’s part of life. A necessary part of life. A crucial ingredient. Because when you move to the next level, the rules change. And you don’t yet know how to play the new game.

So, the old rules that worked before—they don’t work anymore. But you don’t yet know how to navigate this new level. And for this, you must go through the transition. Even if you own five businesses, you will go through this. The only difference is that with experience, you become more familiar with it. You recognize the process. You think, “Okay, I know this feeling. I’ve been here before.”

But you will still go through it. Don’t rush to take medications. Because medications numb you. And they will destroy this necessary transition period, which is called uncertainty. This transformation. Medications numb you. No. You need to be fully conscious. To go inside of it. To stay in the center of it. To stay with your fear. To stay with your doubt.

But you can support yourself with nootropics and adaptogens. Of course, check for contraindications—what works for you personally. But adaptogens and nootropics—like Rhodiola, L-Theanine, Ginseng, Bacopa Monnieri—these are very useful. Unlike antidepressants, they won’t make you numb. On the contrary, they bring clarity.

And adaptogens help you adapt faster. A strong Moon is a relaxed Moon. A relaxed Moon can easily adapt—like a surfer on a wave.

So, uncertainty is something you must dive into. Stay in this moment. Return from the past. Return from the future. Be here. Start sensing. Touching. Seeing. Hearing. Stay in this moment.

And this is what I wanted to say. This skill—to bear uncertainty—is worth a million.

And if you have any questions, any insights, or if you want to share your thoughts, I would be very happy. Love you and kiss you.
